Like every decision in life, it is best if you can weigh both the positives and negatives before making up your mind. Ask yourself, “would WBT provide me with a method of instruction that is easier, cheaper, safer, or more engaging than the alternative?” (Hall, 1997, p. 20). Ultimately, it will boil down to your needs assessment and analysis, and what you can realistically accomplish with the budget and technical infrastructure that is available. But remember, you don’t have to be a “teckie” or have a huge budget to deliver or develop quality Web-based Training...just look at what we’ve done, no?
